I'm Yulia Isaeva, a photographer based in Lisbon with more than 16 years of experience.
I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, brands, travelers, and individuals who want photographs for a specific purpose — whether that's growing a business, building a portfolio, celebrating an important moment, or remembering their time in Lisbon.
Every shoot starts with a conversation. We talk about what you need, what kind of images would be most useful for you, and how you'd like to feel in front of the camera. From there, I help turn your goal into a photoshoot and take care of the details — from locations and outfits to visual direction and planning.
My goal is simple: to create photographs that feel like you and help you achieve what you need them for.
What to expect
How I Work
You don't need to come with a plan.
We'll start by talking about what you need the photographs for. From there, I'll help turn that goal into a shoot concept, suggest locations, discuss outfits, and shape the visual direction. If needed, I can also recommend trusted makeup artists, hairstylists, and stylists.
A photoshoot doesn't have to feel complicated. Most of the time, it feels more like spending time together and creating something beautiful along the way. My job is to make the process feel comfortable, enjoyable, and easy to navigate, so you can focus on the experience rather than worry about posing or what to do next.
Afterwards, you'll receive all the best photographs from the session with colour correction, rather than just a small selected gallery. You'll also receive a selection of carefully retouched images.

FAQ
I've never had a professional photoshoot before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of my clients are not professional models and have little or no experience in front of the camera. I'll guide you throughout the process and help you feel comfortable during the session.
What if I don't know what kind of photos I want?
That's completely normal. We'll start by discussing your goals, and together we'll develop a concept that fits your needs and personality.
Do you help with outfits and locations?
Yes. I can help you choose locations, discuss outfit options, and recommend trusted makeup artists, hairstylists, and stylists if needed.
Do you only work in Lisbon?
I'm based in Lisbon and regularly photograph clients in Sintra and Cascais, but I'm also available for shoots throughout Portugal.
How much does a photoshoot cost?
